Originally designed for court etiquette and archival duties, Stiff-3PO (formally Serial-3PO) has served the royal line of Synovis for over three flare cycles. A marvel of retrofitted alloy and overly rigid joints, S-3PO is known for his limited range of motion and limitless knowledge of precedent, policy, and proper protocol.

He was assigned to King Arturon and later Queen Movere, following the ruler’s injury in the Flare Wars of Enteris Gorge. Since then, S-3PO has taken on new responsibilities as keeper of the Ascending Cartilaga, the great spinal citadel built after the fall.

Though originally programmed only for etiquette, upgrades from the Council of Remission have granted him limited predictive analytics, allowing him to identify potential flare risks in diplomatic meetings, legal texts, and even table settings.

What S-3PO lacks in flexibility (his joints audibly click when turning earning his nickname Stiff-3PO), he makes up for in devotion, precision, and a dry, occasionally scathing wit. His tendency to cite ancient immune rulings mid-crisis is both admired and exasperated by allies. Still, when decisions teeter on chaos, few voices command more trusted attention than his.
